It's hardly surprising then, when we tell you that auction is not suitable for every property, nor every vendor.
Our sales agents are selective about the properties and vendors who are suitable for auction and can talk you through the pros and cons of the auction process and discuss whether the process is right for you.
Stanton & Taylor auctions are run to a strict 3-4 week marketing campaign leading up to auction day which we find provides optimum exposure for the property and captures the key buyers who are ready to move quickly.
We have a wealth of experience with auctions having auctioned all types of property in the Nepean region, some particular properties several times over 50 years. We run monthly auctions currently held at Penrith Golf Club on the last Tuesday of the month.
Our auctioneer, Michael McCaffery is the chief auctioneer for the First National network of agencies and has auctioned thousands of properties nationally. Michael produces impressive photographic displays for each property at auction and conducts very professional and fast-paced auctions that really get the blood pumping.
While not every auction property sells at auction, we find the majority sell soon after, typically to a buyer who was present at the auction or saw the effective auction advertising campaign.
