Our new website has been built to make everything a little bit simpler for all. Here's the features our tenants and prospective tenants will love.
1. You can book inspections online
We have made it super easy for you to compile a list of inspections for properties you are interested in. You can go to the Renting tab, then click on Open Times. You can fill out the form on the right and simply select the properties you would like to see. You can also pre-register for scheduled open home inspections on the left.
2. Existing tenants can file maintenance requests
If you are currently renting through Stanton & Taylor First National, and you need a repair or maintenance on your rental prpoerty, it's now as simple as filling out the details online. Go to the Renting tab, click on Maintenance Request. If you have never filed a request online before, go down to the New User section and click on Report a Maintenance Issue. Then fill out the form - you can even upload pictures of your maintenance issue. Once you submit, it will go straight to your Property Manager to arrange your repairs.
3. You can apply for properties online
Our rental application form can be found on our website. Simply print the PDF and fill it out. You can either email it to us, post it or drop it in at our office. You can find the form under the Renting tab and by clicking on Tenancy Application Form.
4. You can have all of your utilities connected next time you move
Stanton & Taylor First National has partnered with My Connect to offer our tenants the option of having all of their existing utilities disconnected and reconnected when they move. All you have to do is fill out our application form and My Connect will contact you to arrange the rest. One less thing to worry about on your next move!
