I have had rental properties for some years now and have tried a few real estate’s within the Penrith area and have had very little satisfaction, but by chance I was recommended to use Stanton and Taylor Penrith. My luck was to change as we were allocated Joanne Karele. She is to date the most professional and courteous Property Manager we have had. I would have no hesitation to recommend Joanne to any person considering a Property Manager. She always follows through with all her promises. I have found her advice to me as a landlord invaluable. Joanne sets a very high standard, which I personally think is the benchmark for all other Property Managers to aspire to.
