2/. Proof of income including 3 x most recent payslips, Centrelink Statement, child support statement, self funded retirement financials (if you are a self funded retiree) and if you own your own business a letter/tax statement from your accountant stating previous financial year income.

3/. Rental history, rental ledger from current or previous Real Estate is preferred, will accept letter from landlord if you rented privately this letter must state the length of time you rented the property, the condition you kept the property and the rent paid and if paid on time.
